The input voltage of DC charging pile is three-phase 380VAC (147-457VAC), the frequency is 50Hz, the output is adjustable from 250-950VDC, and the DC output is directly used to charge the power battery of the electric vehicle. DC charging pile working principle: the three-phase 380V AC power of utility power enters into the three-phase four-wire power meter after EMC and other lightning protection filter modules, and the three-phase four-wire power meter monitors the actual charging power of the whole charging machine when it is working. Usually the power of charging pile is 11KW, 60KW, 120KW, etc., and the power of single charger is often 60KW, therefore, according to the actual charging current and charging voltage, the charger often needs to be connected in parallel to increase the power to use, which requires that the charger has the function of equalizing the current output, and the output of the charger is directly charged to the power battery through the charging gun. When the DC charging pile is working, the auxiliary power supply provides power to the main control unit, display unit, protection control unit, signal acquisition unit, card reading unit, relays and other control systems. In addition, during the charging process of the power battery, the auxiliary power supply provides power to the BMS system, which monitors the status of the power battery in real time. The auxiliary power supply part of the BMS, in order to make the BMS system compatible with a wide range of models, in the latest national standard there is a requirement to unify the auxiliary power supply as 12V/10A power supply, and the subsequent BMS management, passenger cars and buses will be a unified standard for the BMS power supply system. Our company is still in the process of developing the requirements of the national standard for this power supply part.
